All QRONGE bikes have a one-year (1 year) warranty from the date of receipt, covering manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship (all free accessories are not covered by the warranty).
We will replace any part that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship (including damage caused during shipping).

If the product is defective or damaged, please send a photo or video of the damage to customer service within 15 days after receiving the product, and we will replace or compensate you for the damaged part. All returns must be in the original packaging. If the original packaging is destroyed or discarded, the customer will lose the right to return the product due to product defects or other reasons, so please keep the original packaging for 30 days after receiving the goods.
