Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Avoid over-discharging the battery, store it in a cool and dry place, and charge it regularly.
Cannot start: Check the power switch and battery connection.
Brake noise: Clean the brake disk and adjust the position.
Display is not responding: restart the e-bike and check the connection cable.
Brake Malfunction: Check if the brake cables are loose or damaged. If not, consider replacing the brake caliper or brake lever and cable.
Assist Sensor Malfunction: Step1: Check if the sensor wires are loose or detached. If not, it may indicate a faulty assist sensor. Step2: Disassemble and replace the assist sensor.
Walk Assist Mode Error: Turn off and restart the electric bike (if the issue persists, consider replacing the controller).
Real-Time Mode Error: Turn off and restart the electric bike (if the issue persists, consider replacing the controller).
Low Voltage Error:Step 1: Remove the battery and check if it has sufficient charge. Step 2: Charge the battery. Step 3: If the issue remains after completing the first two steps, it may indicate a faulty motor. Replace the motor.
Motor Malfunction: Check if the motor connection wires are loose, detached, or plugged in incorrectly (if not, it may indicate a faulty motor, consider replacing the motor).
Twist Throttle Malfunction: Check if the connection wires are loose or detached (if not, it may indicate a faulty twist throttle, replace the twist throttle).

Please check the cables to ensure they are not loose or disconnected. Simply loosen the black spiral wire cover until the quick disconnect plug is exposed, unplug it, and then reconnect it.
1. Remove the bolts connecting the front fork and rear fork.
Front Wheel Removal:
(This step is similar to the initial wheel installation)
1. Turn the bicycle over and stabilize it on the handlebars.
2. Use a wrench to loosen the front wheel bolts on both sides. Locate and loosen the front wheel bolts, then remove them with a wrench.
3. Remove the front wheel. Gently lift the front wheel off the front fork.
Rear Wheel Removal:
1. Turn the bicycle over, remove the front fork (as described above), and then remove the bolts connecting the rear wheel.
2. Cut the cable ties and disconnect the motor cables.
3. Remove the derailleur and lift the rear wheel. Disconnect the rear wheel by removing the brake rotor (refer to the installation video or instructions).

Check for loose or damaged brake cables. If not, consider replacing the brake caliper or brake lever, as well as the brake cable.
2. Power Assist Sensor Failure
Step 1: Check for loose or disconnected sensor cables. If not, this may indicate a faulty power assist sensor. Step 2: Remove and replace the power assist sensor.
3. Walk Assist Mode Error
Power off and restart the e-bike (if the problem persists, consider replacing the controller).
4. Live Mode Error
Power off and restart the e-bike (if the problem persists, consider replacing the controller).
5. Low Voltage Error
Step 1: Remove the battery and check for sufficient charge. Step 2: Charge the battery. Step 3: If the problem persists after completing the previous two steps, this may indicate a motor failure. Replace the motor.
6. Motor Failure
Check for loose, disconnected, or incorrectly plugged-in motor cables. If not, this may indicate a motor failure; replace the motor.
7. Throttle Failure
Check for loose or disconnected cables. If not, it may indicate that the rotary throttle is faulty. Please replace the rotary throttle.
