The Extended Warranty is a value-added after-sales service provided by our brand, designed to continue protecting key components of your e-bike after the original manufacturer’s warranty expires.
This service is not insurance and does not cover accidental damage, theft, or external causes.
It focuses on protecting against defects or failures caused by non-human factors.
2. Coverage Term-The coverage period is determined by the extended warranty plan you purchased (e.g., 1 year / 2 years).
3. What’s Covered
-Motor, battery, controller, and display failures caused by material or workmanship defects
-Wiring and electrical system failures not caused by human factors
-Abnormal battery degradation (below the normal degradation rate, subject to inspection)
-Controller or motor failures caused by power surges or wiring issues
-Fast repair or replacement services during the extended warranty period
4. What’s Not Covered
-Accidental damage: crashes, water damage, impacts
-Consumables: brake pads, tires, chains, bulbs, grips, etc.
-External causes: fire, flood, lightning, theft, weather
-Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, peeling, etc.)
-Aesthetic issues: scratches, paint peeling, minor dents
-Software/firmware issues, data loss
-Theft, loss, negligence, or intentional damage
5. Service Area
This Extended Warranty is valid only within the 48 contiguous states of the United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, or any other U.S. territories).
6. Claim Process & Resolution

-Provide proof of purchase and product serial number
-Once verified within the scope of this plan, we will arrange repair or replacement services
Compensation methods:
-Repair service: Free repair of defective components
-Replacement service: If repair is not possible, replacement with the same model or product of equal value
-Refund: If neither repair nor replacement is feasible, a refund will be issued based on the product purchase price (minus depreciation for usage)
7. Disclaimers
-The extended warranty is a voluntary value-added service and not mandatory.
-Any damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, theft, misuse, or third-party repairs is not covered.
-Consumables and cosmetic issues are not covered by this plan.
-This service applies only to products purchased through [Qronge] official or authorized channels.
Extended warranty service order prompts and risk explanations
Scope of application and ordering rules
1. The extended warranty service is only applicable to complete vehicle products with the exact same model.
2. Extended warranty services typically become effective only when purchased simultaneously with the corresponding vehicle in the same order.
3. The extended warranty service is tied to the vehicle order on a one-to-one basis and cannot be transferred to other vehicle models, used with other orders, or split between multiple orders.
4. Extended Warranty Purchase Instructions:
You can extend the warranty service for your purchased vehicle. This service must be purchased within 15 days of the vehicle purchase date; extended warranty service cannot be purchased after this period.
Example of a scenario
1. Example of vehicle model consistency
If you are purchasing a Waterfall vehicle, you can only purchase the Waterfall extended warranty service in this order. Please do not place a separate order or purchase extended warranty services for other vehicle models, otherwise the extended warranty service may not match or take effect.
2. Examples of historical orders
If you purchased a Meteor vehicle in May 2025 and subsequently place a separate order for Meteor extended warranty service on December 26, this extended warranty service is not applicable to previously completed vehicle orders and does not support retroactive binding.
3. Example of repurchase
If you do not purchase an extended warranty within 15 days of purchasing the vehicle, you can purchase it within that period; if more than 15 days have passed, the extended warranty will not be valid.
III. Explanation of Unsupported Situations
The extended warranty service is not supported in the following situations:
1. Purchased extended warranty service separately, but failed to purchase it within the specified time;
2. The extended warranty service purchased is inconsistent with the vehicle model;
Attempting to apply extended warranty services to vehicles ordered in the past or already delivered;
Try linking extended warranty services by splitting orders or placing duplicate orders.
IV. Risk and Liability Warning
The platform will not be held responsible for any issues arising from failure to follow the above ordering rules, such as extended warranties not taking effect, limited after-sales service, or misunderstandings regarding the order. Users are advised to confirm the vehicle model, order date, and compatibility of the extended warranty service before placing an order .
