Your order will be processed within 48 hours on business days. In the case of new product releases, pre-orders or re-launched products, we will indicate the estimated ship date on the product page. Scope of Transportation

Our shipping services are only available to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories are not currently available for shipping.

Delivery Carriers

QRONGE prioritizes fast shipping using FedEx. We do our best to ship your order in one box, but sometimes we need to split it into multiple shipments. Please do not worry if you do not receive your products at the same time.

Transportation Damage

Damage to the outer packaging does not mean that the product is faulty. Due to delivery uncertainties and unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the outer packaging. We advise our customers to file a claim with the carrier as soon as they notice damage to the outer packaging. Please contact us promptly at support@qronge.com with photo or video proof of missing parts, severe damage or other quality related issues. Our customer service team will help arrange a replacement.

HANDLING TIME: If the product is damaged, please contact us within 5 days. We do not accept returns due to shipping damage after 5 days of receiving the product, all claims for shipping damage will be denied.

The following will be considered minor damages and will not apply to the free exchange or refund policy:
Minor damage to the outer packaging.
Product has minor scratches or peeling paint.
Forgeable parts bent due to transportation.
There are replaceable bike parts on the handlebars.

Refusal to Accept Goods

If you refuse to pick up an order that you have asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of $150 per e-bike to cover our portion of the shipping costs. We cannot change, block or cancel orders that have already been shipped. If you refuse to ship your order, we will treat your order as a return (if your order is returned to us) and refund your original method of payment less the $150. Please note that in order to receive a refund, you must notify QRONGE of any refusal to ship. Failure to do so will seriously delay your receipt of a refund for refused merchandise.

Iost Property

If you have ordered items from QRONGE and have not received them within 30 days of the delivery date, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. If you do not contact us within 30 days of placing your order, we will assume that you have received all of the merchandise and will not keep a record of the shipping information. To ensure that we are able to assist you effectively, please provide your order number and any other pertinent information when contacting us.

Our customer service team will immediately investigate the matter and take appropriate action. If we determine that the item has not been shipped, we will send you a new order containing the missing item as soon as possible. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.
