All QRONGE bikes have a one-year (1 year) warranty from the date of receipt, covering manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship (all free accessories are not covered by the warranty).
We will replace any part that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship (including damage caused during shipping).

Great E-bike- Thunder is a good value for the money
Went together easily
Really enjoying the Shimano gears on steep climbs.
I needed something for my son to get back and forth to school and around town. Instead of jumping in a car for these short runs, this ebike does the job. Its a very robust ebike. Time will tell if this bike meets the real life testing, but for now, I'm impressed. In fact, so impressed I purchased another a week later. Just wish we can buy additional batteries soon. Also Qronge should consider a web page offering accessories for the ebike. Sort of strange. But.. overall the Thunder is pretty awesome and better, the price rocks.

Awesome bike
So far so good only rode once so far.
I've ridden on gravel, grass, and loose dirt, and the fat tires provide much more grip than my previous commuter bike. Combined with the adjustable suspension fork, rough terrain feels much smoother.
The removable 48V 15Ah battery is extremely convenient. I simply remove it after every ride and charge it inside the house. Using pedal assist, I can ride for several days before thinking about plugging it in again.
I purchased the Thunder because I wanted a fat tire e-bike that could handle both city streets and dirt trails. The 1800W peak motor delivers strong acceleration, and the 110Nm torque makes climbing steep hills much easier than I expected. The ride feels stable thanks to the 26×4.0 tires.
The bike itself performs fine and matches the description, but shipping took longer than expected and updates were limited during the waiting period.
The torque really stands out on this bike. Starting from a stop or riding uphill feels effortless, and the throttle response is quick without being too aggressive.
The bike performs well in terms of speed and motor power, but it feels a bit heavy when moving it manually. Once riding, it feels smooth and controlled.
The fat tires provide great grip on gravel and uneven terrain, making the ride feel stable even at higher speeds. Assembly was simple and everything arrived well packaged, although delivery took a few extra days.
Parking is no longer an issue.
