Standard Warranty Coverage
All Qronge E-Bikes come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is only available to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Extended Warranty Options
For added peace of mind, Qronge offers an extended warranty plan.
1-Year Extended Warranty
Warranty period: Extended by 1 year on top of the original warranty period, for a total of 2 years.
Parts covered under warranty: Includes battery, motor, controller, throttle, wiring harness, frame, fork, stem, handlebar, seatpost, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, sprocket, pedals, rims, hubs, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, LCD screen, bracket and reflectors.
Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, consumable parts (such as tires, tubes, brake pads, cables, grips, chains or spokes), and damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications or improper maintenance are not covered under warranty.
Extended warranty claim process
Contact Qronge Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team at support@qronge.com or call (833) 489-0550, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PST.
Provide Documentation: Submit proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue, including photos or videos if required.
Evaluation: Our technical team will evaluate the claim and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include repair or replacement of the defective part.

Important Notes
During the extended warranty period, Qronge does not bear the shipping costs of all replacement parts.
Transferability: The extended warranty is not transferable and is available only to the original purchaser.
Geographic limitations: Extended warranty coverage is valid only within the United States.
