Yes, the three-wheel design provides excellent stability, and novices do not need to worry about balance when riding. Especially when turning or passing uneven roads, the differential allows the rear wheels on both sides to operate independently to avoid side slipping or dragging, allowing easy and smooth passage even in scenes such as community bends and sloped driveways
Yes, the three-wheeled lava adopts a low-step frame, which makes it easy for the elderly or people with limited mobility to get on and off the vehicle without raising their legs. It is also equipped with a parking brake system, which can firmly lock the wheels when parking, such as when resting on a slope or carrying shopping bags, so that the vehicle will not slide, making it safer to use.
Yes, it does. This tricycle comes with a battery, and the front and rear baskets are both free, so you have everything you need and can start using it right away.

All QRONGE bikes have a one-year (1 year) warranty from the date of receipt, covering manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship (all free accessories are not covered by the warranty).
We will replace any part that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship (including damage caused during shipping).

If the product is defective or damaged, please send a photo or video of the damage to customer service within 15 days after receiving the product, and we will replace or compensate you for the damaged part. All returns must be in the original packaging. If the original packaging is destroyed or discarded, the customer will lose the right to return the product due to product defects or other reasons, so please keep the original packaging for 30 days after receiving the goods.
