Drivetrain FAQs
Qronge Drivetrain parts are available for the X1 Spark M and X1 Spark L, but fitment varies by part. Choose the Drive Chain for the specific model; the current Chain Guide fits the X1 Spark M. Check the product page before ordering.
The Drive Chain and Chain Guide are separate drivetrain parts and should be replaced based on their individual condition. When replacing the Drive Chain, inspect the Chain Guide for wear, deformation, looseness, or damage. If it is in good condition, it usually does not need to be replaced.
The Drive Chain transfers power to the wheel to drive the vehicle. The Chain Guide helps guide and control the chain's running position to keep it stable. They serve different functions within the drivetrain.
Inspect the Drive Chain if it shows visible wear, excessive slack, binding, damage, or unusual noise. Inspect the Chain Guide if it is worn, bent, loose, or damaged, and replace it as needed based on its condition.
Installation involves drivetrain positioning, secure mounting, and chain adjustment. If you do not have the proper tools or experience, professional installation is recommended. Before riding, confirm that the chain runs smoothly and all parts are securely mounted.
